This striking collector's edition of Dom Pérignon represents a unique artistic collaboration with Icelandic musician Björk and video director Chris Cunningham for the 2006 vintage. The design, titled 'From Earth to Heart,' features a shield-shaped label emitting a vibrant green light, symbolizing the creative energy and organic connection of the wine to its terroir. Named after the legendary Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, who pioneered revolutionary winemaking techniques in the 17th century at the Abbey of Hautvillers, Dom Pérignon is only ever released as a vintage Champagne. Crafted from a meticulous selection of Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes, the wine undergoes a slow, patient maturation on its lees for nearly a decade, resulting in a complex, tension-filled masterpiece that balances rich autolytic character with vibrant minerality.
