Unlike the house's non-vintage Champagnes, which prioritize consistency, each Grand Vintage is a unique creation by Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez, designed to express the singular personality of a single harvest. The 2002 vintage is legendary for its power, concentration, and golden maturity; the 2004 is celebrated for its classic precision, linear acidity, and elegant structure; while the 2006 offers a voluptuous, warm, and generous profile. Sourced from premier and grand cru vineyards across the Marne Valley, Côte des Blancs, and Montagne de Reims, these Champagnes undergo extended cellar aging on their lees for over seven years, resulting in a sublime evolution of toasted brioche, candied citrus, and deep chalky minerality.
