✨ Technical Specifications
Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial represents a groundbreaking innovation in the Champagne region, introduced as the first-ever Champagne specifically crafted to be enjoyed over ice. Launched to capture the vibrant, sun-drenched atmosphere of chic summer destinations like Saint-Tropez and Miami, this cuvée challenges traditional tasting etiquette. To maintain its balance and intensity when diluted by melting ice, the Chef de Cave developed a rich, demi-sec blend with a high dosage. The blend relies heavily on the structure and fruitiness of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, supported by the crisp acidity of Chardonnay. A selection of reserve wines is meticulously integrated to enhance complexity, resulting in a tropical, fruit-forward profile that remains beautifully expressive even as the ice melts.
