Moët & Chandon's Nectar Impérial Rosé is a bold, luscious expression of Champagne, specifically crafted to offer a richer, sweeter profile while maintaining the house's signature vibrancy. As a Demi-Sec, it represents a modern revival of the sweeter Champagne styles that dominated the 19th century, when royal courts across Europe preferred high-dosage cuvées. This non-vintage blend is built on the structure of Pinot Noir, the roundness of Pinot Meunier, and the elegance of Chardonnay, with a significant portion of specially selected reserve wines to ensure consistency and depth. The deep coral color and intense fruitiness are enhanced by the addition of still red wine during the blending process, resulting in a voluptuous palate balanced by a lively, refreshing acidity.
