The wine's vibrant pink color with coppery highlights is achieved through the traditional assemblage method, where a carefully selected portion of still red wine made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier is blended into the white base wine before secondary fermentation. This ensures a consistent, lively profile dominated by red berries, cherry, and a touch of herbaceous rose. Aged for approximately 21 months on its lees in the house's extensive chalk cellars in Épernay, it offers a harmonious balance of freshness and intensity.
