Viña Morandé's Brut Nature is a tribute to the pioneering vision of founder Pablo Morandé, who in the 1980s recognized the cool, fog-shrouded Casablanca Valley within the greater Aconcagua region as Chile's premier frontier for world-class sparkling wine. Crafted using the traditional method, this sparkling wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees aging. The result is a bone-dry, zero-dosage sparkling wine that perfectly captures the coastal influence of the Pacific Ocean. It weaves together the crisp, mineral-driven acidity of the region with a delicate autolytic complexity of toasted brioche and fresh citrus, standing as a monument to Chilean cool-climate viticulture.
