The Central Valley, cradled between the towering Andes Mountains and the cooling Pacific Ocean, benefits from a dramatic diurnal temperature variation that coaxes slow, even ripening from the grapes. This cuvée reflects the pioneering vision of founder Pablo Morandé, who helped redefine Chilean winemaking by exploring diverse microclimates. Crafted with a focus on purity of fruit, this Cabernet Sauvignon captures the classic character of the region, showcasing bright red fruit aromas, subtle notes of fresh herbs, and a smooth, approachable structure. It is fermented to preserve its lively varietal character, with a portion undergoing brief aging to add complexity and roundness without overpowering the fresh fruit profile.

Viña Morandé blev grundlagt i 1996 af den visionære vinmager Pablo Morandé, som er almindeligt anerkendt for sin pionerindsats inden for vindyrkning i det kølige klima i Casablanca Valley. I dag rangerer vinhuset blandt Chiles mest innovative og respekterede producenter.
