Hailing from the legendary slopes of the Montagne de Reims, the Nicolas Feuillatte Grand Cru Ambonnay celebrates one of Champagne's most revered terroirs. Ambonnay is historically celebrated for its south-facing, sun-drenched vineyards and chalky soils, which coax unparalleled power, structure, and vinous depth from Pinot Noir—the village's signature grape. Nicolas Feuillatte selects pristine fruit from this Grand Cru village to craft a Champagne of remarkable intensity. Typically dominated by Pinot Noir, often supported by a touch of Chardonnay for balance, this cuvée undergoes extensive cellar aging on its lees. This patient maturation marries the natural red-fruit opulence and spice of Ambonnay Pinot Noir with complex, autolytic notes of toasted brioche, honey, and roasted nuts, reflecting a rich heritage of cooperative excellence and meticulous terroir expression.
