✨ wine.spec_sheet

Nicolas Feuillatte, established in 1976, represents a modern success story in Champagne, born from the vision of its namesake founder—a daring businessman who rubbed shoulders with New York's elite—and Henri Macquart. This Brut Rosé is a vibrant reflection of the cooperative's diverse sourcing across the Champagne region. It is crafted primarily through the assembly method, blending a selection of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes. To achieve its signature salmon-pink hue and delicate red-fruit character, a small percentage of still red Champagne wine is carefully folded into the blend before undergoing secondary fermentation. Aged on its lees for a minimum of three years in the cellars, this cuvée balances the fresh, fruit-forward energy of Meunier with the structure of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay, embodying the lively, celebratory spirit that Feuillatte championed.
