Nicolas Feuillatte's Palmes d'Or Rosé is a dramatic expression of Champagne artistry, presented in its signature faceted, dimpled bottle that evokes the texture of a black pearl. This prestige cuvée is traditionally crafted as a Rosé de Saignée from 100% Pinot Noir, sourcing grapes from the Grand Cru of Bouzy and the historic terroir of Les Riceys. This demanding production method coaxes out deep copper-pink hues and intense, vinous aromas of wild strawberries, dark cherries, and exotic spices. Created as the pinnacle of the house's craftsmanship, it balances opulent red fruit with a refined, mineral-driven structure born from years of lees aging in the chalky cellars of Chouilly.
