The Benjamin line by Nieto Senetiner pays tribute to Benjamín Nieto, one of the foundational pioneers of this historic Mendoza estate. Crafted as an approachable, fruit-forward introduction to the region's blending heritage, this wine combines Argentina's signature Malbec with the robust spice of Syrah and the juicy, deep-colored Bonarda—a grape brought to Argentina by Italian immigrants that became a cornerstone of everyday wine culture. Grown in the sunny, high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve their vibrant primary fruit aromas. The result is an easy-drinking, convivial red that captures the warm, welcoming spirit of Argentine hospitality.

🍾 wine.about_producer

Founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants in the premier wine-growing region of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Nieto Senetiner is one of Argentina's most historic and prestigious wineries. The estate was acquired by the Nieto and Senetiner families in 1969, who expanded its facilities while preserving its architectural heritage, and it is now part of the Perez Companc Group. Renowned for its deep respect for terroir, the winery crafts exceptional wines from historic vineyards, including the centenarian vines of Finca Villa Blanca planted in 1906. Under the guidance of winemaker Santiago Mayorga, Nieto Senetiner produces elegant, structured wines, most notably their acclaimed Don Nicanor Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and innovative blends that showcase the classic character of Mendoza.
