Hailing from the historic cellars of Osborne in El Puerto de Santa Maria, Andalucia, Conde de Osborne Solera Gran Reserva is a masterpiece of Spanish brandy-making. Founded in 1772 by Thomas Osborne Mann, the house of Osborne is one of Spain's oldest and most prestigious wine and spirit producers, famously symbolized by the iconic silhouette of the Osborne Bull. This exceptional brandy is crafted from spirits distilled from Airen grapes, known as holandas, and aged through the traditional Solera y Criaderas system. It spends over a decade maturing in American oak casks that previously held rich, sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry. This long sleep in the coastal microclimate of the Sherry Triangle infuses the brandy with deep mahogany hues, complex aromas of roasted nuts, dried figs, and sweet spices, and an incredibly smooth, velvety finish. Its legacy is further elevated by its historical association with the legendary surrealist artist Salvador Dali, who designed the iconic bottle shape in 1964.
