This classic Fino is crafted entirely from Palomino Fino grapes grown in the chalky, moisture-retaining albariza soils of the Sherry triangle. Under the watchful eye of the iconic Osborne bull—a symbol that has transcended wine to become an emblem of Spanish culture—this wine undergoes traditional aging under a delicate veil of 'flor' yeast in a solera system.
