Named in honor of winemaker David O'Reilly's wife, Anna's Vineyard is nestled in the high-elevation slopes of the Chehalem Mountains AVA within Oregon's famed Willamette Valley. This site is distinguished by its deep, wind-blown loess soils, known locally as Laurelwood, which impart a signature elegant structure and bright, focused red fruit profile to the wine. Owen Roe's approach to this single-vineyard Pinot Noir emphasizes minimal intervention, utilizing gentle handling, small-batch fermentations, and careful aging in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a beautiful expression of cool-climate Oregon Pinot Noir, balancing vibrant acidity with complex layers of red cherry, earthy spice, and refined tannins that reflect the unique terroir of this cherished family-named estate.

Founded in 1999 by winemaker David O'Reilly and Jerry McNally, Owen Roe was established with a mission to craft world-class, terroir-driven wines from the premier vineyard sites of the Pacific Northwest. Named in honor of the 17th-century Irish patriot Owen Roe O'Neill, the winery operates estate facilities and sources fruit spanning both Washington's Columbia and Yakima Valleys and Oregon's Willamette Valley. Owen Roe champions a low-intervention winemaking philosophy, utilizing gentle handling and thoughtful oak integration to articulate the distinctive character of esteemed vineyards such as DuBrul, Red Willow, and Union Gap.
