Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a seminal wine that helped define the global phenomenon of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Capturing the hearts of wine lovers since its inaugural 1990 vintage won international acclaim, this wine is a benchmark of New Zealand's cool-climate winemaking. Grown in the alluvial soils of the Wairau Valley, the vines benefit from long, sunny days balanced by cool ocean breezes, which slow ripening and concentrate the grape's signature aromatic compounds. To preserve its electrifying freshness, the 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes are gently pressed and cool-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The result is a classic expression of the region, bursting with vibrant passionfruit, citrus, and herbaceous notes, anchored by a crisp, refreshing minerality.

Oyster Bay blev grundlagt i slutningen af 1980'erne og er ejet af Delegat Group.
