Crafted by the historic Pasqua family, who have been pioneering Venetian winemaking since 1925, 'Lui' is a bold and expressive red wine that beautifully bridges local tradition and international flair. This Veneto IGT bottling typically blends the structure and dark fruit character of Cabernet Sauvignon with the vibrant acidity and cherry notes of the native Corvina grape. A portion of the grapes undergoes a brief appassimento—the traditional Venetian method of air-drying grapes—to concentrate the sugars, color, and complexity before fermentation. Aged in oak casks, the wine develops a rich, velvety texture with layers of ripe blackberries, plums, dark chocolate, and warm baking spices, showcasing the innovative spirit of Verona's modern wine renaissance.

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine blev grundlagt i Verona i 1925 af Pasqua-brødrene og er i dag et historisk, familieejet vinhus, der har udviklet sig til en internationalt anerkendt ambassadør for italiensk vin.
