The vineyard is characterized by the classic 'galets roulés'—large, smooth quartz stones left behind by ancient glaciers—which absorb the fierce Provençal sun by day and radiate warmth back to the vines at night. This unique thermal regulation, combined with the cooling influence of the Mistral wind, allows the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while preserving essential acidity.
