Lato coaxes incredible exoticism from the grape, utilizing stainless steel and neutral oak to preserve its intense floral and tropical aromatics while maintaining a crisp, dry, and mineral-driven palate. The name Boogie Nights captures the energetic, expressive, and fun-loving character of this highly aromatic wine, which dances on the palate with notes of jasmine, lychee, and citrus peel.
