The 'Magic Moments' Pinot Noir is a stunning collaboration between artisanal winemaker Paul Lato and the legendary Hyde Vineyard, located in the cool-climate Carneros region of Napa Valley. Larry Hyde's vineyard is widely considered royalty in California viticulture, celebrated for its rolling hills, ancient clay-loam soils, and the cooling marine winds sweeping in from the San Pablo Bay. Paul Lato, guided by his philosophy of capturing the true soul of the vineyard, selected the name 'Magic Moments' to describe the serendipitous harmony achieved when exceptional terroir meets meticulous, low-intervention winemaking. The wine is aged in select French oak barrels, resulting in a Pinot Noir of remarkable purity, structural tension, and layered complexity that pays homage to one of California's most historic vineyard sites.

Founded in 2002 by Polish-born former sommelier Paul Lato, Paul Lato Wines is an acclaimed boutique winery based in Santa Barbara County, California. Guided by an artisanal, hands-off winemaking philosophy that prioritizes terroir transparency and balance, Lato works with some of the Central Coast's most prestigious cool-climate vineyards, including Bien Nacido, Solomon Hills, and Larner.
