The vineyard's unique terroir—characterized by wind-blown sand and a microclimate of warm days and cool, ocean-breeze-kissed nights—imparts a rare combination of intense concentration and vibrant acidity to the grapes. Meticulously crafted with minimal intervention and aged in select French oak barrels, this Syrah is celebrated for its deep, complex layers of dark fruit, savory cracked black pepper, and exquisite floral lift, reflecting Lato's signature pursuit of elegance and textural beauty.

Paul Lato Wines er et anerkendt boutique-vinhus i Santa Barbara County, Californien, grundlagt i 2002 af den polskfødte tidligere sommelier Paul Lato.
