Côté Mas Blanc is a vibrant, sun-drenched white blend that captures the joyful essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Crafted by Jean-Claude Mas, this wine is a tribute to the 'Luxe Rural' philosophy, celebrating the simple pleasures of country life in the South of France. The grapes—typically a harmonious blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc—are harvested from clay-limestone soils cooled by gentle sea breezes. To preserve its bright, aromatic profile and crisp acidity, the wine is fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Established in 2000 by fourth-generation vigneron Jean-Claude Mas, Domaines Paul Mas has become a preeminent force redefining modern viticulture in the Languedoc.
