Founded in 1977 by Philippe Charlopin with only 1.5 hectares of family vineyards, Domaine Philippe Charlopin-Parizot is based in the village of Brochon within Burgundy's prestigious Côte de Nuits. Deeply influenced by his mentor, the legendary Henri Jayer, Charlopin embraced meticulous vineyard management, low yields, full destemming, and careful oak aging to craft wines of remarkable depth and purity. Over the decades, the estate has expanded to cover premier parcels across the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Chablis, now managed alongside his son Yann. The domaine is celebrated for its opulent, supple, and terroir-expressive Pinot Noirs—including coveted Grand Crus like Bonnes-Mares and Chambertin—alongside finely balanced, mineral-driven Chardonnays.
