Crafted primarily from Colombard, a grape once relegated to brandy production but beautifully reimagined here, this wine thrives on the region's unique 'boulbènes'—fine sandy soils over clay. Benefiting from the cool night breezes blowing down from the Pyrenees and the tempering influence of the Atlantic Ocean, the grapes retain an explosive, zesty freshness.
