Pol Roger's Brut Rosé Vintage is a masterclass in elegance and structure, produced only in exceptional years. The house's commitment to traditional craftsmanship is evident in every bottle, which is hand-riddled in their legendary, icy-cold chalk cellars thirty meters beneath Épernay. To achieve its delicate salmon-pink hue and complex character, Pol Roger blends its classic vintage base of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with approximately 15% still red Pinot Noir sourced from the prestigious Grand Crus of the Montagne de Reims, such as Bouzy and Ambonnay. This meticulous process, followed by a minimum of six years of aging on the lees, yields a Champagne of remarkable depth, characterized by vibrant red fruit aromas, subtle spice, and a creamy, persistent mousse.
