Pol Roger Vintage Rosé is a testament to the house's dedication to precision and elegance, crafted only in outstanding years. The foundation of this cuvée lies in a meticulous selection of Grand and Premier Cru grapes, primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. To achieve its delicate salmon-pink hue and subtle structure, approximately 15% still red Pinot Noir from the renowned vineyards of Bouzy and Ambonnay is added to the blend before secondary fermentation. The wine is then aged for a minimum of six years in Pol Roger's legendary, exceptionally cold chalk cellars, which lie thirty meters below Épernay. This cold environment slows the secondary fermentation, resulting in an incredibly fine, persistent mousse and a complex aromatic profile of red berries, citrus, and warm brioche.
