Domaine Prieuré Roch's 'La Goillotte' is a legendary and highly exclusive monopole nestled in the very heart of Vosne-Romanée, situated just a stone's throw from the historic Château de Vosne-Romanée and the vines of La Tâche. Spanning a mere 0.55 hectares, this walled vineyard boasts a rich heritage, once serving as the private garden of the Prince de Conti. The terroir consists of deep, clay-limestone soils that yield Pinot Noir of extraordinary aromatic complexity and silkiness. True to the estate's philosophy, the wine is crafted using traditional, non-interventionist methods: 100% whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, and aging in oak barrels without racking or sulfur additions. The result is a profound, highly expressive Burgundy that captures the wild, untamed essence of its historic site, characterized by notes of rose petals, small red berries, and exotic spices.

Domaine Prieuré Roch blev grundlagt i 1988 af den visionære, afdøde Henry-Frédéric Roch, som også var meddirektør for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
