Domaine Prieuré Roch's Vin de Table Blanc (often labeled simply as 'Blanc' or Vin de France) is a striking testament to the estate's radical, uncompromising commitment to natural winemaking. Crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown in the estate's meticulously tended vineyards, this wine deliberately bypasses the rigid constraints of local Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) regulations to embrace the creative freedom of the Vin de Table classification. True to the late Henry-Frédéric Roch's vision, the winemaking process is defined by absolute minimal intervention: whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in seasoned oak barrels, no fining, no filtration, and zero added sulfur. This produces a highly unconventional, deeply expressive white Burgundy that challenges traditional expectations.
