RedHeads, true to their rebellious spirit of rescuing premium parcels of fruit, crafts this wine to showcase a harmonious balance of perfume and structure. The Adelaide Hills' elevated, undulating slopes provide the perfect cool-climate sanctuary, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and retain their vibrant natural acidity and delicate aromatic profile.
