In the early days of the studio, passionate young winemakers working day jobs for major corporate giants would sneak away under the cover of darkness to 'moonlight' at RedHeads, crafting small-batch, rule-breaking wines of their own. This white blend captures that late-night spirit of freedom and creativity. Sourced from select, sustainably farmed vineyards across South Australia, the wine is crafted with minimal intervention to preserve its vibrant, sun-drenched fruit character and crisp, refreshing acidity. It represents a modern, highly expressive take on South Australian white blends, showcasing texture, brightness, and pure drinkability.

Established in 2002 in McLaren Vale by Tony Laithwaite as a collaborative studio for rebellious winemakers, RedHeads has since evolved into a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly winery located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Operating from its custom-built, solar-powered facility in Nuriootpa since 2019, the winery is dedicated to rescuing small, premium parcels of grapes from independent growers to craft expressive, small-batch wines.
