To create this expressive blend, the winemaking team sources premium parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot from dedicated independent growers across South Australia. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its distinct character—Cabernet providing structure and leafy cassis notes, Shiraz contributing rich plum and spice, and Merlot softening the blend with fleshy red fruit. The wine is typically aged in a combination of French and American oak, resulting in a harmonious, fruit-forward profile with supple tannins and a touch of sweet spice.
