The blend utilizes traditional Ugni Blanc grapes along with touches of Colombard and Folle Blanche, distilled on the lees in small copper stills to preserve richness. It is aged for decades in toasted Limousin oak casks, developing an incredibly complex profile of plum, hazelnut, and delicate floral notes.
