This rare bottling is a Fine Champagne Cognac, a prestigious designation requiring that 100% of the eaux-de-vie originate from the region's two finest crus, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, with at least half from the former. The chalk-rich soils of these crus impart an unmatched complexity and aging potential. Distilled on the lees in traditional copper pot stills and matured for decades in toasted Limousin oak casks, this Cognac delivers a rich tapestry of dried stone fruits, jasmine, warm spices, and the elusive, savory 'rancio' character that only comes with extreme age.
