✨ Technical Specifications
Established in 1724 by a visionary winegrower, Rémy Martin has spent nearly three centuries perfecting the art of Cognac. The Fine Champagne XO is a masterclass in blending, composed of up to 400 highly refined eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, renowned for their chalk-rich soils. By law, Fine Champagne must contain at least 50% Grande Champagne. Distilled on the lees in traditional Charentais copper stills and aged for decades in toasted Limousin oak casks, this XO reveals an opulent bouquet of late summer fruits, white flowers, and rich spices. The house's emblematic Centaur, adopted in 1870, symbolizes the harmonious union of man, nature, and craftsmanship that defines this legendary spirit.
