Produced by Ronc Marin in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy, this sparkling wine is crafted from 100% Ribolla Gialla, a historic autochthonous grape. The vines grow in soils characterized by 'ponca'—a flysch of alternating marl and sandstone. To maintain the primary fruit characteristics and fresh acidity of the 2023 vintage, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks using the Charmat (Martinotti) method before short refinement.
