The Jack & Jill range by Scotchmans Hill offers a playful, contemporary expression of Victoria's cool-climate viticulture, named in a lighthearted nod to the rolling hills of the Bellarine Peninsula. Crafted to be vibrant, fresh, and immediately approachable, this Pinot Noir Rosé is made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes. The fruit is gently pressed to achieve a delicate pale salmon color, followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its bright, aromatic profile. It beautifully reflects the maritime influence of the region, delivering a lively bouquet of fresh strawberries, rose petals, and a crisp, clean finish shaped by the cooling southern ocean breezes.

Established in 1982 by David and Catherine Browne, Scotchmans Hill is a pioneering producer on the maritime Bellarine Peninsula within Victoria's acclaimed Geelong wine region. Planted on rich, volcanic basalt soils and moderated by maritime breezes from Port Phillip Bay and Bass Strait, the estate benefits from a dry, cool maritime microclimate.
