This wine represents an approachable, fresh expression of the estate's winemaking philosophy. Crafted using fruit sourced from select vineyards across the region, it undergoes a combination of tank and older French oak barrel fermentation. This technique preserves the bright, primary fruit characters of white peach and citrus while imparting a delicate, creamy texture and subtle complexity. The cooling ocean breezes from Bass Strait and Port Phillip Bay slow the ripening process, allowing the grapes to develop intense flavors balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity.
