The Swan Bay range by Scotchmans Hill is named after the picturesque marine reserve bordering the Bellarine Peninsula, a serene sanctuary famous for its black swans and migratory birdlife. This Moscato embodies the breezy, carefree spirit of its coastal home. Crafted from Muscat grapes, the wine undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, which is halted early to preserve the grape's natural sugars and capture a delicate, low-alcohol spritz. The result is a beautifully aromatic, vibrant sweet wine that highlights the playful, fruit-forward side of Victorian viticulture.
