Crafted from Pinot Noir grown in prestigious climates across appellations like Beaune and Savigny-lès-Beaune, these wines reflect the meticulous organic viticulture championed by Thibaut Marion. The soils, rich in limestone and clay, impart a distinct mineral tension and structural depth to the grapes. In the cellar, traditional, low-intervention methods prevail: gentle maceration, fermentation with native yeasts, and patient aging in French oak casks. The resulting wines are celebrated for their refined, silky tannins, vibrant red fruit aromatics of cherry and raspberry, and complex earthy undertones, embodying the classic, terroir-driven spirit of Burgundy's historic heart.

Maison Seguin-Manuel blev grundlagt i 1824 og er et historisk bourgognehus beliggende i hjertet af Beaune. Vingården tog hul på en dynamisk, ny æra i 2004, da den blev overtaget af Thibaut Marion, som selv stammer fra en traditionsrig bourgogneslægt. Han restaurerede de historiske kældre og udvidede ejendommens vinmarker betydeligt.
