The Blended Hibiki Mount Fuji Limited Edition 21 Year Old is a legendary expression that pays tribute to the beauty of Japan's most sacred peak. This exquisite blend brings together rare, meticulously aged malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, harmonized with mellow grain whiskies from Chita. A significant portion of the blend is matured in rare Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks, which impart a signature incense-like sandalwood aroma, alongside rich notes of dried fruit, sweet sherry, and subtle spice. The limited-edition decanter, beautifully adorned with a hand-painted depiction of Mount Fuji, reflects the Japanese philosophy of living in harmony with nature and the meticulous craftsmanship of Suntory's master blenders.

Suntory blev grundlagt i 1899 af Shinjiro Torii i Osaka, Japan. Huset startede oprindeligt som en beskeden vinhandel, men revolutionerede siden drikkevareverdenen, da de i 1923 grundlagde Yamazaki Distillery og dermed banede vejen for autentisk japansk whisky.
