Talisker Wilder Seas is a landmark release created in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans, an organization dedicated to preserving marine ecosystems. This single malt is a tribute to the wild seas surrounding the Isle of Skye and represents Talisker's first-ever release finished in French oak XO Cognac casks. This unique finishing process marries Talisker's signature maritime character—defined by peat smoke, brine, and fiery black pepper—with the rich, decadent sweetness of Cognac casks, bringing notes of dark dried fruits, warming spice, and subtle vineyard peach. Reflecting its conservationist spirit, the whisky is presented in a distinctive bottle made from 100% recycled glass, powered by biofuel, embodying a deep respect for the ocean's heritage and future.

Founded in 1830 by brothers Hugh and Kenneth MacAskill on the windswept shores of Loch Harport in Carbost, Talisker is the oldest operating distillery on the Isle of Skye. The distillery is celebrated for its unique distillation setup, featuring swan-neck wash stills and traditional outdoor worm tubs, which impart a signature maritime and volcanic intensity to the new-make spirit.
