Founded in 2010 by Warren Ellis and Graeme Erens, The Grape Grinder is an innovative South African wine producer based in Paarl within the Western Cape region. The producer, widely known for its distinctive The Grinder label, focuses on sourcing exceptional fruit from mature vineyards across the Cape Winelands. Embracing a modern and expressive winemaking philosophy, the winery utilizes tailored oak-stave and barrel-toasting techniques designed to highlight rich, fruit-forward flavors with signature notes of roasted coffee, mocha, and dark cocoa.
