Hailing from the sun-drenched Bugeac steppe of southern Moldova, a historic region whose winemaking roots run deep into antiquity, the Bugeac Pinot Noir Rosé by Tomai-Vineex captures the wild, free-spirited essence of its terroir. The Bugeac plain, historically a crossroads of nomadic cultures and ancient legends, provides a unique microclimate where intense southern heat is tempered by cool breezes from the nearby Black Sea. This dramatic temperature shift allows the delicate Pinot Noir grapes to develop rich, expressive red fruit characteristics while preserving a vibrant, crisp acidity. Crafted with minimal skin contact to achieve its elegant salmon-pink hue, this rosé undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel, capturing the pure, unadorned essence of the grape and the ancient soils of Gagauzia.

Det historiske moldoviske vinhus Tomai (Tomai-Vinex) blev grundlagt i 1903 og har hjemme i landsbyen Tomai i den solbeskinnede sydlige region Gagauzien. Med over et århundredes vinmagerarv i ryggen forener ejendommen stolte vindyrkningstraditioner med moderne vinifikation for at indfange den gavmilde varme og det frugtbare terroir i det sydlige Moldova. Vingården fremstiller en bred og udtryksfuld portefølje af rød-, hvid- og rosévin på klassiske internationale druesorter som Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Franc og Chardonnay.
