✨ Tekniske specifikationer
Hailing from the sun-drenched Bugeac Steppe in the southern winemaking region of Gagauzia, Moldova, the Bugeac series by Tomai pays homage to a historic terroir shaped by warm Mediterranean influences and fertile chernozem soils. This red wine captures the essence of a region where viticulture has flourished since the turn of the 20th century. Crafted using traditional southern Moldovan winemaking techniques combined with modern temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is celebrated for its deep ruby color, ripe dark berry aromas, and a soft, harmonious structure. The unique microclimate of the Bugeac plain, characterized by hot summers and cooling breezes from the nearby Black Sea, allows the grapes to reach optimal phenolic ripeness, imparting a distinctive velvety texture and rich fruit profile to the final blend.
