Nestled in the sun-drenched Bugeac Steppe of southern Moldova, the autonomous region of Gagauzia provides a unique terroir where the continental climate is softened by breezes from the Black Sea. The Gagauz Pinot Noir Rosé by Tomai captures this distinctive landscape, drawing on a winemaking heritage that dates back over a century in the village of Tomai. Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes that thrive in the region's warm clay-loam soils, this rosé is produced using modern, temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the delicate, bright red-berry aromatics of the grape. Det historiske moldoviske vinhus Tomai (Tomai-Vinex) blev grundlagt i 1903 og har hjemme i landsbyen Tomai i den solbeskinnede sydlige region Gagauzien. Med over et århundredes vinmagerarv i ryggen forener ejendommen stolte vindyrkningstraditioner med moderne vinifikation for at indfange den gavmilde varme og det frugtbare terroir i det sydlige Moldova.
