Hailing from the sun-drenched plains of Gagauzia in southern Moldova, the Loza Chardonnay by Tomai reflects a viticultural heritage rooted in the historic village of Tomai since 1903. The region's warm continental climate, tempered by gentle breezes from the Black Sea basin, allows the Chardonnay grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining a vibrant core of acidity. 'Loza'—translating to 'vine'—pays homage to the deeply rooted connection between the local winemakers and their land. This white wine is crafted to showcase a harmonious balance of ripe yellow apple, tropical fruit undertones, and a soft, inviting texture, capturing the generous spirit of southern Moldovan terroir in a clean, modern style.
