✨ wine.spec_sheet
Hailing from the historic Buris vineyard in San Pietro in Cariano, Tommasi's 'Bvris' is a masterclass in Valpolicella Classico Superiore Riserva. This single-vineyard bottling represents a passionate endeavor to elevate the reputation of Valpolicella's fresh-grape wines, proving they can rival the complexity of Amarone without relying on the appassimento process. Cultivated on clay-limestone soils, the traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta benefits from excellent sun exposure. The wine is aged for nearly two years in large Slavonian oak casks, resulting in a structured, elegant red with notes of dark cherry, wild herbs, and refined spice that pays homage to Veneto's rich agricultural history.
