✨ Technical Specifications
Sourced from the Mast Vineyard, nestled in the Yountville foothills of Napa Valley, this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon represents TOR's dedication to showcasing Napa's premier terroirs. The vineyard sits on a gentle slope where alluvial soils and bale clay loam meet, benefiting from the cooling marine influences of the San Pablo Bay. This unique microclimate allows for a long, slow ripening season, yielding grapes with exceptional flavor concentration and balanced acidity. Under the guidance of winemaker Jeff Ames, the fruit is handled with minimal intervention, utilizing native yeast fermentations and bottling without fining or filtration. The resulting wine is renowned for its deep complexity, offering a signature profile of dark blackberry, cassis, and subtle earthy undertones, framed by velvety, structured tannins.
