✨ Tekniske specifikationer

Breaking away from Argentina's traditional high-altitude Andean viticulture, Trapiche's Costa & Pampa project represents a daring frontier in the rolling hills of Chapadmalal, located just six kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean in the Buenos Aires Province. This unique maritime terroir, characterized by a cool, humid climate and constant ocean breezes, is reminiscent of the great coastal wine regions of the world. The Costa & Pampa Pinot Noir is a testament to this pioneering spirit, offering a stark contrast to the muscular reds of Mendoza. Crafted with minimal intervention to preserve its delicate coastal identity, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging in French oak barrels. The result is an incredibly elegant, light-bodied red that captures the essence of the sea with its bright red fruit notes, vibrant acidity, and a distinct, lingering saline minerality.
