The 'Las Palmas' range pays homage to the majestic, historic palm trees that frame the entrance of Trapiche's iconic Florentine-style winery in Maipú, Mendoza, built in 1912. This wine represents a classic, time-honored expression of Argentine Malbec, sourced from select high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza where warm sunny days and cool Andean nights preserve fresh acidity. Crafted with traditional methods, the wine undergoes careful aging in a combination of French and American oak casks. This process beautifully marries Malbec's signature lush plum, blackberry, and violet aromas with subtle, elegant notes of vanilla, toasted cocoa, and sweet spice, delivering a velvety texture that has defined the estate's reliable quality for generations.

Bodega Trapiche blev grundlagt i 1883 af Tiburcio Benegas og hører til blandt Argentinas ældste, mest ansete og internationalt anerkendte vinproducenter med base i Maipú, Mendoza.
