Trapiche's Melodias range is inspired by the concept of musical harmony, aiming to translate the vibrant energy and diverse terroirs of Mendoza into accessible, expressive wines. The Melodias Pinot Grigio is sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Andes, where intense solar radiation and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts allow the grapes to ripen fully while retaining their essential acidity. To preserve its crisp, lively character and delicate fruit profile, the wine is fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, avoiding any oak contact. This approach highlights the pure, refreshing essence of the grape, showcasing Mendoza's ability to produce bright, clean, and modern white wines.

Founded in 1883 by Tiburcio Benegas, Trapiche is one of Argentina's oldest and most pioneering wineries, located in the Maipú department of Mendoza. Operating from a historic, beautifully restored Florentine-style winery built in 1912, the estate is celebrated for introducing French grape varieties and modern viticultural techniques to the region. Under the guidance of renowned winemakers, Trapiche focuses on expressing the diverse terroirs of Mendoza—ranging from high-altitude Andean vineyards to their pioneering coastal estate in Chapadmalal, Buenos Aires. The winery is globally acclaimed for its exceptional Malbecs, particularly its Single Vineyard series, as well as elegant expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
